The detailer arrived on time and completed the work in about two hours. The exterior looked quite good, though a few areas were left behind. Bug stains remained on parts of the front grill, and certain interior sections were missed. For example, the space between the center console and the driver and passenger seats was skipped, and hair stayed on the carpet behind the rear seats. The package I purchased included an engine bay detail that seemed untouched, and the inside of the gas cap was also ignored. A few minor flaws might be forgiven here and there, but I paid $450 for the full interior and exterior package, and at that price, the result should be flawless in my view. I was not in a rush to have the car finished, yet the work felt hurried. I had considered ceramic coating, but I may now look for another detailing company for the task.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do the quality of work they do. I took my black Jaguar in for a paint correction and ceramic coating, and it came out incredible.

I would not recommend this place at all. Very disappointed with the work that was done. The cleaning I received was not worth almost $300. I would say it was a $50 job at best. I asked when I dropped it off to please get the door jams and the steps. Neither were done when I got there. When I picked up my vehicle I stayed another 15 mins helping the kid clean the spots he missed. I keep finding spots they missed. Just a rushed job. When the owner reached out to ask if I satisfied I expressed my disdain for the job. All he replied “sorry, I will talk to the guys about it, I hope we can gain your business again.” Not, let me make it right or anything. Just “come back and pay again for  another job” Why would I get ripped off again by your company? I never do reviews but I think this one needed to be done. Not sure how this place has good reviews.
